ibis Luebeck City

The hotel is in a quiet area and there is a supermarket in the same building as the hotel, with generous opening hours. Some restaurants in the vicinity. The bed was very good. The bathroom was okay but made of plastic so it was not giving a very solid impression. The hotel is next to a big road but my room away from the road was very quiet. There was also not much sound from the neighbouring rooms. There is air condition, which can be good at summer, at this time I didn't need to use it. Possible to leave luggage after checking out.

Breakfast was very nice, good options, especially the scrambled eggs and Bircher muesli was amazing. Very nice staff at breakfast. Free parking available, was very appreciated. The family rooms were big enough to fit 2 adults and 3 kids which is very good when traveling with young kids.

Super helpful staff -- improvised nice and safe place to park my motorcycle and also helped me find food near the hotel late at night. The room was big for an Ibis.

Clean and quiet room. 24 hour reception.. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff are helpful and efficient. At first, I booked the wrong date with the non-refundable payment, but the staff assisted me in rearranging the date as well as issuing a confirmational email without extra charge
